A Kenyan e-procurement and supplier-sourcing platform operated by TENDER ASILI COMPANY LIMITED. Applications are submitted, scored and recorded online, with support by email and phone throughout.
How to apply
- Step 1Visit www.tenderasili.com and sign up as a supplier (free), or log in to your existing account.
- Step 2Open Aquila East Africa Supplier Prequalification 2026–2028 from your dashboard, or with Apply on this notice, and add your categories to the cart.
- Step 3Pay the non-refundable fee of KES 2,000.00 per category via M-PESA. Access to each application is granted on payment.
- Step 4Complete each application, attach the required documents and submit before the closing date.
The online supplier prequalification exercise closes on at 2:20 am EAT.

All existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered.
All participants who duly complete the prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome. Prequalification is not a guarantee of business opportunity; bidders will be invited to submit their quotations on a need basis, based on the opportunities available. Aquila East Africa reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part at its discretion.
